The name Foveo comes from Latin, meaning to foster, nurture, cherish, support, and cultivate.

Our History
After nearly a decade of working with international and independent schools worldwide, Maryanne Lechleiter launched Foveo Consulting (formerly Maryanne Lechleiter Consulting) in early 2024.
We partner with school marketing, communications, and admissions teams to transform the parent experience by streamlining technology use, redefining internal processes, implementing automation, and crafting strategic, meaningful communications. The result? A family experience that drives inquiries, enrollment, retention, and long-term community engagement.
My Belief

About Maryanne Lechleiter
As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Foveo Consulting, she works with school marketing, communications, and admissions teams to create meaningful, customized family journeys from the first inquiry through to enrollment and beyond. With a holistic approach, Maryanne helps schools streamline processes, refine technology use, and craft strategic communications—all while keeping the parent experience at the forefront.
Maryanne’s career spans more than 25 years in traditional and digital marketing, including two decades in B2B sales and B2C marketing for print and digital news media, and seven years as owner and publisher of a lifestyle magazine. In 2016, she shifted her expertise into the world of international education, partnering with schools in more than a dozen countries. Her work has included multi-department projects for institutions such as United World College Southeast Asia, the International School of Brussels, and Nagoya International School, as well as delivering workshops worldwide on marketing strategy.
Known for translating big-picture visions into tangible outcomes, Maryanne blends strategic thinking with practical, hands-on execution. She is recognized for her ability to deliver meaningful results while fostering strong, collaborative relationships with the teams she supports.
While her mind is rarely still, Maryanne is not all work and no play. A passionate traveler, often planning the next trip before the current one ends, she also enjoys watercolour painting, reading, spending time on the water, and cuddling with Winston, her beloved grand-pup.
